^ Payments

^ User Responsibilities

  3. You agree not to damage vehicles or create safety risks during rides.

^ Driver Responsibilities

  1. Drivers must hold valid licenses and insurance as required by law.

  2. Drivers must maintain their vehicles in safe and clean condition.

  3. Drivers are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations.

^ Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Users may cancel rides according to the cancellation policy displayed in the app.

  2. Cancellation fees may apply.

  3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

^ Limitation of Liability

  1. Peak Ride provides a technology platform and is not responsible for the conduct of drivers or users.

  2. We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss, or damages arising from rides.

^ Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in harmful behavior.
